Boy I'll tell you. This month has flown by.
Here's my progress since the 15th of the month----
The 15th was a Thursday, which is the meeting day for Paws to Sew Group. We gathered together early so we could get started on the Reach for a Cure totes.
The 16th I delivered 17 totes to the cancer center. Then I accomplished nothing further for the day.
Saturday the 17th I actually quilted 2 client quilts and then loaded another so I could get a fast start the next morning.
Sunday I got that quilt quilted.
Monday I was out at the LQS for a class and picked fabric for the next 3 Marti & Me club meetings.
Tuesday I quilted another client quilt.
Wednesday back out to the LQS for another class.
Thursday quilted another client quilt and then pieced a backing for another quilt.
Friday--well what can I say. My DH and I went to Packwood (see previous post Here). Here's a better pic of the treadle I brought home.
Saturday & Sunday I spent time working on some of my things (oh the audacity). I sewed a little on my hexie project. I have put all individual the snowflakes together that I had cut out. I am now starting to sew them together to see how big this will be, and figure out how many more I will need.
I also did a little crocheting and embroidery.
Monday started the whole ball of wax over again. I quilted 2 client quilts and pieced a back for one of them.
Tuesday I actually started out the day by quilting one of my quilts. Of course it was a smaller throw size. It is one that is destined for my Dr's office. Then I quilted a client quilt and loaded another before my day ended.
Wednesday spent ALL day on one client quilt (it was a biggie).
Which brings us to today. I loaded a quilt, then DH and I went to run some errands. One of which was to pick up this little beauty.
I just couldn't help myself. I had to bid on it and wonder of wonders------I won.
After our errands I came home and quilted the quilt I had loaded before we left.
Tomorrow-------2 more quilts to quilt. And the next day --and the next day---and the ------well you get it.
That's it for now.
Til later,
Hugs & Stitches
Mary
