No Rest for the (Wicked!!!)

I don't know if I'm meeting myself coming and going. In the last couple of weeks I've taught 4 classes at my LQS.  Two of them were the last 2 Beginning Quilting classes of a series, a table topper class and a day long workshop. Since Wednesday I've quilted 4 quilts. I've also been working on making inventory for a quilt show that I will be vending at in Vancouver this next week. The following week I will be at a Quilt Retreat and I may even get a little sewing in then :-). I will also be doing a class at the retreat. After that I get a whole week off before I take off to vend another show. Hooray!!
Now for some pics of some of the quilts I've done this week.

The pattern is called Walkabout

The large squares have four heart circling corner to corner.

This last pic is a quilt top given to me this evening by a friend to quilt for a special project.

That's about it for now.
I think it's about beddie bye time for me.

Raffle Quilt DONE!!!

Worked all day on getting the quilt done for our Quilter's Dream Retreat Raffle in April. Now it will go to my partner in crime (she is the one who pieced the top) so she can finish the binding and label.

The theme for our retreat this year is---"Quilting, and All That Jazz"
So-----tomorrow out to the LQS for a Beginning Quilting class.

Busy Day

Well National Quilting Day went by with me not sewing a stitch on that day. Instead I went with DH to the Model A Swap Meet and had a good time. I even managed to find a few sewing machine there. There was a Singer 15 in excellent condition that I was tempted to get but the price was a little too steep for me, so it stayed there.
Today was another story though. I went down to the "Black Hole" and finished up a tablerunner top that I will be teaching a class on at Quilter's Dream Retreat in April. I also finished piecing a Scrappy Trips top.

                                                           This is the retreat project.

The quilt pictured below is on my machine ready to start quilting tomorrow. It is the raffle quilt for the April retreat.

That's it for now.

Lone Star Done

Well got back to quilting on client quilts. Should of had this one done acouple of days ago, but-----had a lot going on this last week. Monday was BOM  at the LQS. Tuesday, went back to LQS to start a new Beginning Quilting class (4 week class). Then Wednesday it was to the accountant for taxes. Thursday had new client come over and we went over the quilt she brought as far as quilting designs, threads and such. Then other things came up to fill the day. Friday had to deliver a quilt and then do some Thrift Shop hopping. So, today was then first I had time to quilt. Tomorrow I will get another quilt quilted and make the next blocks for the Farmer's Wife Club that I teach Monday at the LQS.

Now---on to the quilt. (Forgive the cord hanging down in one of the pictures.).

Well that's it for now.
