April Wrap-Up

Well I ended April by vending at another Quilt Show in Odessa, Wa.
I really love doing this show. The ladies of the Guild are fantastic. The quilts are beautiful. I buy tickets every year for the raffle quilt, and by golly, one of these days I'm going to win it!!! They even bring in one of the Hoffman Challenge traveling exhibits. Here are some pics of the show. First pics are of our booth set up.

Now here's some eye candy.

Here are a couple of the Hoffman group.

One thing about going to this show, is that, that weekend the town is full of yard sales. Some start early enough that I can go to them before the show opens.
This is what I found.

At the yard sale where I found the Singer and the Spartan, if I had had a few hundred dollars to spare and a larger  van, I could have made a haul on some vintage machines. Oh the agony!!!!!! Well there's next year I guess.

Now it's back to quilting. Have 4 quilts to deliver this week out at the LQS, and I'm STILL working on that double sided commission quilt. Sigh!

That's about it for  now.
Til later,
Hugs & Stitches,
Mary
